Information we collect
The chili cook-off entry form collects the entrant's name, organization (if applicable), address, phone number, email address, chili name, rules agreement, and the date and time submitted.
How we use it
We use this information only to organize the Bethel Springs Fall Festival chili cook-off, contact entrants about the event, assign and manage entries, and maintain the event registration list.
How it is processed
Form submissions are emailed to the festival's Gmail account. The festival organizers may use ChatGPT to organize those messages into a registration spreadsheet. Google and OpenAI may process the information to provide those services under their applicable privacy terms.
Website traffic
We count page views by day to understand how often the festival website is used. This count does not identify individual visitors. The traffic counter does not store names, email addresses, IP addresses, cookies, or device identifiers.
Sharing and retention
We do not sell registration information. Access is limited to festival organizers and the services used to receive and organize entries. We keep the information only as long as reasonably needed to run the event and complete related follow-up.
